By creating an account or running an advertising campaign on hollandmarineboatyard.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including advertisers running ad campaigns, publishers monetizing traffic, and any third parties accessing the API or reporting tools.

Permitted Use

The platform may only be used for lawful advertising campaigns. You may not promote illegal products, malware, deceptive offers, or content that violates applicable advertising standards in your target geography.

Advertiser Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content of your ads, landing pages, and offers. Holland Marine Boatyard does not pre-approve creatives but reserves the right to suspend any ad campaign that violates these terms.

Advertisers must ensure their landing pages comply with all applicable consumer protection laws in the countries targeted by their ad campaign. Non-compliance may result in immediate account suspension.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, dashboards, reporting tools, and documentation are the property of Holland Marine Boatyard. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Holland Marine Boatyard's total liability for any claim arising from an advertising campaign is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Traffic delivery estimates are projections, not guarantees. Actual impression volumes depend on real-time inventory availability and competitor bidding within the ad network.

Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party tracking tools and payment processors. Holland Marine Boatyard is not responsible for the performance or data practices of those third-party services.

Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Report any unauthorized access to info@hollandmarineboatyard.com immediately. We are not liable for losses caused by compromised credentials.

Your Rights

You may close your account at any time. Unused deposited funds are refundable within 30 days of account closure, subject to identity verification. Funds used for live ad campaigns are non-refundable.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions with 14 days' notice posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
